For preparing it, you need to pan for muffins and paper or silicon cups. You need a bowl and mixer for the mixture preparation… and a good mood😉
Ingredients
2 Middle eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
125 g. Butter
1/2 cup Yogurt
12 tsp. Chocolate cream
1 Vanilla powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
Directions
- Start
Put the eggs in the bowl. Add the sugar and mix until whitening. When it is ready, add the yogurt in which you have earlier mixed the soda. After that, add the melted butter. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add the vanilla and the flour. Mix until ready. - Cooking
In the muffin pan, put the paper cups. Melt them with butter, so they can be easily removed before eating. With a spoon, add from the mixture in the muffin hole. Fill until the middle. Put 1 tablespoon chocolate cream into each place. Finally, add from the mixture over. Fill approximately 3/4 from the hole. - Finish
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 25 minutes. When they’re ready, leave them cooling. Cover with a lid so they don’t dry out. - Serve
Lovely breakfast with coffee, milk or tea.
