Famous salmon cutlets with honey and mustard recipe. As with most baked fish recipes, this is very fast and easy for preparing. These salmon cutlets are baked using baking paper, and the result is fantastic. By adding honey and mustard, the crust taste is really impressive.

minutesFor this fantastic creation, you need only a salmon cutlets, mustard and honey. A lemon juice, garlic and olive oil for better results.
For the cooking, you need only a tray and a baking paper. You need only 20 minutes, and you are ready with a fantastic meal.
You can bake it without paper if you prefer.
Ingredients
2 Salmon cutlets
1 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
Black pepper
Rosemary
Directions
- Start
Wash and dry the salmon cutlets. Put some salt and black pepper. Spread out with fingers. Chop finely the garlic.
Prepare the sauce. Combine all ingredients and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. - Cooking
Put cooking paper on the tray. Glaze the salmon with the mixture on both sides. Put the extra sauce over the cutlets. Put a rosemary on the top. Wrap with the paper. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate well.
Until the cutlets stay with the sauce, preheat the oven to 180 C.
Bake for 15 minutes. - Finish
When it is ready, open the paper and bake for another 5 minutes, or until browning. If you have put fresh rosemary before serving. - Serve
Serve with salad or potatoes. Fantastic combination with wine, especially the white one.
