minutesTo prepare this you need a pan preferable with removable handle. If you don’t have such, you will need and a tray for backing. This recipe is with normal white rice, but you can use basmati or other type of rice. In this case, time for cooking will be different.😊
Ingredients
500 g Chicken wings
1 Tea Cup Rice
1 Middle White Onion
1/2 coffee cup Olive oil
Black pepper corns
2-3 bay leaves / optional /
Directions
- Start
Chop the onion. Separate the wings and salt them.
You can add some black pepper on the wings and leave them for 15 minutes to rest.
Put the oil in the pan and caramelize it, add some salt to taste. You can use a pan with removable handle so to put later directly in the oven. On the other hand, you should move the rice in tray before backing. - Cooking
When the onion is ready in 3–4 minutes, add the rice. Fry the rice for 1–2 minutes. Now pour 2 tea cups of water in. If you cook more rice per serving, the normal amount of water per rice is 2 to 1. Leave it on the stove until the water starts to boil; add the black pepper and bay leaves. While on the stove, organize the wings on top of the rice. - Finish
Heat the oven to 180 C in advance. Put the pan (tray) in the oven. Cook it for 10–15 minutes, until water evaporate. - Serve
You can serve it for dinner or lunch with some green or other type salad as addition.
