minutesYou will love this fantastic red lentil soup. You need only 3 main ingredients. Red lentil, carrot and onion. I put tomato pasta in this recipe. Tomatoes are optional If you like tomatoes in the soups. Based on your preference.
For this soup, you need only a saucepan and stirrer.
Ingredients
250 g. Red lentil
1 Medium Carrot, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Tomato pasta
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Celery, grounded
1 Vegetable broth
Black pepper
3 tbsp. Olive oil
Directions

Chop the onion and the carrot. Dissolve the broth in one cup of water. You will need another 5 for the soup preparation. Ground the garlic - Cooking
Heat the oil to medium in the saucepan. Add the carrot and the onion. Caramelize them for 3 minutes until softened. When you are ready, add the tomato pasta and the garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Put the paprika, black pepper, cumin and the celery. Add the broth and water. Wait to start boiling. When it is ready, add the lentil. - Finish
Let it simmer for 15–20 minutes until ready. - Serve
When it is ready, put some parsley on the top. You can serve it for lunch or for dinner.
If you like cream soup, you can mash it with a blender. Serve it with baked bread cubes😊
