Only tree ingredients but fantastic result 😉. Very quick and tasty

Ingredients

  • 500 g. Pork chop

  • 200 ml. Cooking cream

  • 250 g. Yellow mozzarella

  • 1 pinch Basil

  • 50 ml. Olive oil

  • Black pepper

Directions

  • Start
    Leave the salted chops with the olive oil and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Cooking
    Put in the oven heated to 200 C for another 30 minutes.
  • Finish
    Take out the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the meat with the basil and pour out with the cooking cream. Back in the oven for another 10 minutes. After that, pour out again and add the mozzarella. Back for another 5 minutes until the mozzarella is ready.

  • Serve
    Serve with some salad and glass of wine🍷
