Ingredients
4 Eggs
250 ml. Cream
250 ml. Milk
250 g. Flour
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla sugar
1 tsp. Backing powder
Directions
- Start
Smash the eggs. Add the cream and milk. Add the flour combined with the vanilla sugar and the backing powder. Combine all carefully until you receive the tick mixture. Do it slowly to avoid bubbles. - Cooking
Grease the pan and heat it to 200 C. Pour out one ladle from the mixture in the pan and spread out carefully. Cook for about one to two minutes. When the mixture dries up and is free from the pan, it is ready. Grease the ends with melted butter and turn it on the other side. - Finish
Wait one minute until ready. Grease the ends again with butter. This will keep them soft. - Serve
Perfect breakfast. You can serve it with different type of jam or salted. Based on your preference.
