3 Eggs, medium
2 cups Yogurt
2 tbsp. Four
1 tsp. Baking soda
Directions
- Start
Start with preparing the vegetables. Chop finely the onion. Chop the potatoes and carrots in cubes. Prepare the meat and the pan and start. - Cooking
Heat the oil. Add the onions and caramelize it for 5 minutes. Add the carrots for another 5 minutes. Keep stirring, so the onion doesn’t burn. After that, add the paprika and stir. Next is the minced meat, the black pepper and the savory. Stir periodically until the meat crumbled and browned. Put some salt and the grated tomatoes. Leave for another 2 minutes. Finally, add the potatoes and 1 cup of water or beef broth. Cook until water boils.
Prepare the tray and transfer the mixture to it. Put in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes until liquid evaporates and potatoes soften. - Finish
In a bowl, smash the eggs. Add the yogurt and stir until homogeneous. Next, add the flour and mix until ready. Finally, add the baking powder and stir until the mixture bubbles. It is possible without baking powder, but use it for a better result.
Take out the tray from the oven. Be careful not to burn your hands. Pour the mixture over and back in the oven for 10 minutes. - Serve
Very suitable for lunch with yogurt. For the final point, you can serve with some cheesecake or some light milk dessert.
