Mousse is a favorite for all chocolate lovers. Tasty with fine structure. It is possible to be with dark, white and not so often with milk chocolate. In this recipe, I made it with the milk one. The result is fantastic. On some occasions I combine them in one cup to mix three different tastes in one cup. But to start with basic.

minutesFor chocolate and mousse lovers. One of the fastest and the most delicious recipes. You need only eggs, chocolate, some sugar and some butter, and it is done. It looks difficult to prepare it, but I don’t think it is. This recipe don’t take much time to do it, but for taste it😁. Break chocolate into pieces and melt it with butter. I used milk chocolate, but you can use other type. It is up to you. Beat yolk with sugar until whitening. Beat eggs whites into snow.
For the recipe, you will need a mixer for eggs whites and cream. You will also need a bow and a saucepan for yolks for boiling water.
Ingredients
150 ml. Whipping cream
150 g. Milk chocolate, (or chocolate drops)
4 tbsp. Sugar
3 eggs, medium, separated
1 tbsp. Butter
Vanilla sugar, (or vanilla)
Directions
- Start
Make the eggs separate. Be careful with separating the yolk from the egg white. The eggs white are very sensitive when you beat them. Even the smallest remnant of yolk can interfere. Be careful not to form a sharp tip when breaking the egg. Break the chocolate into small pieces. - Cooking
Melt the chocolate with the butter. You can use a microwave oven on the lowest temperature for 3–4 minutes. Stop periodically to check and stir until melted. I do it this way. The other traditional method is with boiling water.
Combine the yolks with sugar in a bowl. Add some vanilla sugar or normal vanilla. Heat water in the saucepan, and when the water starts boiling, put the bowl over it. Be careful; the bottom of the bowl should not reach the water. Stir the mixture constantly until it turns white, approximately 4–5 minutes.
When the eggs get ready, mix them with a spatula with melted chocolate. Stir until blended well. - Combine and finish
Beat eggs white until snow. You can do this with a beater or with a mixer. Beat until the mixture doesn’t move from a beater of the mixer. Approx. 2–3 minutes. Add the ready eggs white to the yolk-chocolate mixture. Stir carefully until become homogeneous. Don’t worry if the mixture doesn’t look smooth. Stir it until ready, Whip the cream with mixer for 2 minutes until tighten and combine with others.
When the eggs get ready, mix them with a spatula with melted chocolate. Stir until blended well. - Serve
Pour out the mixture in a bow. Add some decorations on top. You can decorate with fruits and cream spay. - Add 1 tbsp. Love 💚 and serve with Joy! Enjoy!
