minutesNice meatballs with white sauce. Can use different type minced meat based on what you prefer 😊
Ingredients
500 g. Minced meat
100 g. Rice
1 Small white onion
3 Eggs
3 tbs. Flour
250 ml. Yogurt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Savory
Parsley
Directions
- Start
Chop the onion. Put the minced meat, onion, rice and savory in the bow. Add some salt and mixed them. Split the mixture in 10 portions and make from them bows.
Roll them in 1 tbsp. flour. - Cooking
Put 1,5 l water to boil. Add the balls to the boiling water. Dissolve the rest of flour with 50 ml. water and add it in boiling water while stir. Boil for 30 minutes until balls are ready - Finish
Mix the eggs and yogurt. Temper them on low temperature with continuous stirring for 2–3 minutes. Add from the hot sauce on small piece in the mixture. Don’t stop stirring. When the sauce is hot enough, back it in the pot with balls. - Leave it for 5 minute on low temperature and switch off. Add the parsley when serve

Serve with baked bread and parsley😋
