For the recipe, you need flour, sugar, eggs, oil, cinnamon and not to forget honey.
You need a bowl to mix the ingredients and a rolling pin for rolling them out. A tray and baking paper to bake them. If you prefer, you can decorate them as you wish.   • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 cup Oil

  • 4 cups Flour

  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon

    Preheat the oven to 180 C. Put the baking paper in the tray.

Make a dough. Take it out of the bowl and put it on a flat surface. Knead until you get a nice dough. It should not be sticky. If it is necessary, add more flour.

    When it is ready, take part from the dough. Roll out with the rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut figures and put them over the paper. Leave space between them so not to stick during the baking. When you make figures, part of the dough will remain unused. Mix it and use until finished.
