Amazing fried bread slices with eggs and cream

Fried bread is a very fast and tasty breakfast. I prepare it when I have sliced dry bread. Uses of dry bread and cream make slices perfect. I serve them with honey, jam, and chocolate when I want them sweet. I serve them with ham and cheese when I want them salted. Both cases are fantastic.

Bread slices dunked first in cream and after that in eggs. Use the type of bread you prefer. You can use only eggs if you don’t like cream, but added cream makes them so soft.😊

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices bread

  • 150 ml. Cream

  • 3 Eggs

  • 50 ml. Olive oil

Directions

  • Start
    Smash eggs in a bow or deep plate so to have enough space for bread dunking.
  • Cooking
    Heat oil on medium. Dunk one slice of bread in cream for 5 sec.; after that, turn on the other side. Repeat the same in the eggs and put them in the oil. Fry the bread for one minute until ready, and turn for the same time.
  • Finish
    You will need an app. 5 minutes to fry all the all slices bread
  • Serve
    You can use honey, different jams types, chocolate, cheese, ham…… whatever you want. Enjoy😋

  • You may use milk despite cream 😉
