You can use it directly, with silicon cups for muffins, or with a paper one. I use, in this recipe, the paper one. Let do this. 😀
Ingredients
2 cup Flour
1 and 1/2 cup Yogurt
2 Eggs
50 g. Butter
150 g. Cheese, crumbled
150 g. Mozzarella, grated
1 tsp. Baking soda
Directions

Smash the eggs in the bowl. Add the backing soda to the yogurt and stir. The soda will make small balloons in the yogurt. Crumble the cheese, and prepare the mozzarella. Melt the butter. - Cooking
Start adding ingredients to eggs. Add the liquid ones-yogurt. After that, add the flour. Stir until mixture becomes homogeneous. Then add the melted butter. When it is ready, put the cheese and the mozzarella. - Finish
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Put the paper muffin forms in the muffin pan slots. Smear them with oil or butter so they are easily removable when ready. Fill the slots with mixture. Bake it for 40 minutes. - Serve
Serve with tea or coffee. You can use ham or eggs as addition to breakfast.
