150 g. Sugar
150 g. Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Put the baking paper on the bottom of the cake pan. There is no need to glaze it. - Cooking
Mix the dry ingredients. Put the eggs in the bowl. Add the sugar and start beating. Add the vanilla sugar. Beat for at least 10 minutes until the mixture turns white.
When it is ready, add the dry ingredients. Gently mix with a spatula until the mixture becomes homogeneous. - Finish
Pour the ready mixture into the cake pan and put in the oven. Bake it for approximately 30 minutes. You can check it with a toothpick if it’s ready. Probe the cake layer with it, and if the toothpick is dry, the layer is ready.
