Cake Raffaello no bake is a very special recipe for an amazing dessert. Made with ladyfingers soaked in Irish cream liqueur. Combination with unique cream from whipping cream, condensed milk, sour cream, white chocolate and coconut flakes. Last but not least, decorated with Raffaello truffles by Ferrero and sliced almonds make this recipe incredible.

minutesFor this recipe, no bake cake, you need a lot of ingredients. At the same time, it is very easy to prepare it. Take ladyfingers, milk and Irish cream liqueur for the cake layer. I use Baileys Irish Cream for preparing. You need condensed milk, whipping cream, sour cream, white chocolate, coconut flakes and butter for the cream. Raffaello truffles, white chocolate, coconut flakes and sliced almonds for the final accent.
Tools You will need a mixer, a bowl for whipping cream, and a bowl for mixing other ingredients. One platter, offset spatula and square ring for assembling the cake. You will need a normal spatula for mixing the ingredients and a grater to grate the chocolate for decorating.

400 g. Ladyfingers, /48 pcs./
100 ml. Irish cream liqueur
150 ml. Milk

200 ml. Whipping cream
400 g. Sour cream
300 ml. Condense milk
200 g. White chocolate, /chocolate drops
125 g. Butter
150 g. Coconut flakes

Directions
- Start
Start with melting the chocolate. Mix the butter and chopped chocolate into pieces. You can use chocolate drops. You can melt them by using a microwave oven or in a water bath. When it is ready, leave it cooling.
In the bowl, whip the cream with the mixer. Mix until it is stuck to the bowl. Leave it aside.
Take one bowl and mix the Irish cream with the milk.
Take the platter and put the square over it. You can put aluminum foil. I use a re-sizable ring. The recipe is for 24 ladyfingers per layer. Two layers in total - Preparing
Take the bowl with the melted chocolate and add the sour cream. Stir carefully so not to cut the sour cream. Do it very slowly. Use the plastic spatula for doing it. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the condensed milk. Stir it until it is smooth. After that, add the coconut flakes. Mix again. Finally, add the whipped cream. Mix it very gently.
Soak each ladyfinger in the mix of Irish cream and milk for 5 seconds. Arrange them in the ring. When you finish the first layer, pour the other half of the cream over. Spread it with the offset spatula. Sprinkle some of the sliced almonds over the cream. After that, repeat the same with the second layer. Add the rest of the cream and spread. - Finish
When you are ready with the cake assembling, start with the decoration. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds. Grate the white chocolate on the top. After that, arrange the Raffaello on top as the final step.
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours, or better overnight. After a few hours in the fridge, you can take it out and remove the ring. Now you can take the coconut flakes and sprinkle them gently on the cake sides. Now you have the perfect vision. - Serve
