minutesTasty and fine recipe for brussels sprout. To start this cooking, you need brussels sprout, mozzarella, parmigiano, butter, cooking cream and bacon. You need a large skillet for cooking the bacon and brussels sprout. The other you need is a tray for final baking.
Ingredients
500 g. Brussels sprout
400 g. Bacon
2 tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 cup Cooking cream
200 g. Mozzarella, grated
150 g. Parmigiano, grated
1 tbsp. Olive oil
3 Gloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions
- Start
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Cut in two the brussels sprout.
Preheat the oil to medium in the large skillet. Add the bacon. Fry it for 10 minutes until browned. - Cooking
Preheat the oil to medium in the large skillet. Add the bacon. Fry it for 10 minutes until browned. When it is ready, remove from the skillet. Remove any small bits from the bacon.
Add the butter in the same skillet. When it melted, add the brussels sprout. Cook it for 10 minutes while stirring. Add the salt to taste and the pepper. After that, add the garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add the cooking cream and reduce the heat to low. Leave for 4–5 minutes.
When it is ready, replace the brussels sprout into the tray. Add back the bacon and stir. Put the mozzarella and the parmigiano on top. You can mix the cheeses with the bacon and the brussels sprout before you bake them if you prefer. - Finish
Put the tray in the oven. Bake it for 15 minutes until the cheese is browned - Serve
